How do I make an appointment?

Please use our new patient portal, Elation. All current patients received an email to register for Elation. Once you are a registered user, access Elation through our website by clicking “login”

Who should I make an appointment with?

If you’ve been seeing Vicky, continue to schedule your general primary care with Vicky. If you are a new patient, please schedule with Frances. If you are a patient of Vicky’s with an acute medical issue such as flu, infection, or any other issue for which you might go to urgent care, you are also welcome to book acute care appointments with Frances.

 

What if I need to see Vicky and her schedule is fully booked?

Vicky reserves a few appointments each week for time-sensitive issues. Please message via Spruce to inquire.

How do I change or reschedule my appointment?

After booking your appointment, Elation will send you a confirmation email and reminder emails. All of these emails contain links to change or reschedule your appointment. They are sent from: do-not-reply@elationpassport.com

How do I get test results?

Vicky and Frances will upload test results to the Elation portal which will send you an email (and text, if enabled). You will view your labs through Elation and can ask lab-related questions there.   

What about a prescription refill or general medical question?

Please continue to use Spruce for faster and easier messaging with our practice regarding medications and all other questions. Spruce can be used on desktop or mobile, has better functionality for sending images, and will allow for faster response times. 

Why is my legal name showing up instead of my real name? How do I change that?

We sincerely apologize. For new patients, please enter your real and “legal/insurance” names when registering with Elation. Current patients with upcoming appointments will be sent a form where you can input your correct name.
