We conduct physical exams in the office or at your school because no one should be denied the opportunity to play school sports due to lack of medical access.

Big Changes afoot at Radiance!

1) We have a new electronic medical record system- SigmaMD. Existing patients should have received a text and/or email invite- If you have not, please email mailto:sigma@radiancemedicalgroup.org for a new invite. If you have any questions or problems about the new EMR please use same email.

2) We’ve moved! Our new address is 1141 S 13th St (corner of 13th and Ellsworth) We are one block east of the Broad Street Line’s Ellsworth/Federal Stop and one block south of Washington Ave, so still on everyone’s favorite bus route- the 64!
