Step 1. Open the app
Step 2. Choose the “Profile” Tab at the bottom of your home screen.
Step 3. Choose “Health Insurance” (it is the eighth option down the list) and +Add Plan will be the only option in the next screen
Step 4. Fill out the form. What we are mainly looking for here is your Plan Name, Policy Number and Group Number (group RX number qualifies). Then, the service address will generally be on the back of your insurance card, this is also required.
Step 5. Take your photos. There are two buttons for front and back photos of your card, hit Front when the pop-up pops up, choose “camera,” take the picture and “Use Photo” to put it in your chart.
Step 6. Save! Hit the save button and you’re done!
